Trey helped us find our current home here in AR. We started our move process in UT. It was overwhelming knowing where to begin but Trey made it easy. Communication was key and Trey was always prompt in response and easy to reach. We came out for 4 days in June and it was clear Trey made us a priority. He was easy to talk to, listened and valued any ideas or input we gave, and was very knowledgeable. We needed somebody who knew the areas very well and Trey was that perfect somebody. I’d refer anybody to Trey to be their realtor whether local or distant. 5 star review because he’s a 5 star realtor.

Arkansas Land and Realty has made such an impact on my life by listing and selling my house at top dollar for the Taylor Park area, the great neighborhood off Kanis. Actually met Scott Hurley thirteen years ago when I first checked out the area. Jonathan Stone is an amazing agent, but most importantly a kind, caring and understanding person. He scheduled and made a three day marathon happen to sell my house. I made an amazing profit. The fact that I am older and all this is difficult to sell, move …just all of it, I required and received much needed understanding and “hand holding” Jonathan would even check on my pets. I truly was blessed to have contacted Scott …Scott could not have placed me in better hands then Jonathan. They listed my neighbors house as well and he worked his three day miracle…again.

He made sure my house was well taken care of in my absence, and because of his expertise and intimate knowledge of the local market, he brokered a sale that was both timely and valuable for all parties involved. I worked with Jonathan Stone to sell my house in West Little Rock off of my previous neighbor’s recommendation. This was my first home sale and it could not have gone any smoother. Jonathan was extremely knowledgeable about the homes in the area, current market trends and had a well thought out strategy for pricing/listing straight away. I appreciated how my preferences and suggestions were always taken into consideration. Any minor obstacles that came up were handled professionally and promptly. Jonathan Stone helped my husband and me sell our home in West Little Rock. We gave him our timeline for moving out of state, and he timed out everything perfectly.
